The CenterPointe Building was completed in the mid-1980's by David Hall as the headquarters of Reef Petroleum. After many changes of ownership and several attempts to turn the building into residential condos, the current owners purchased the building in May of 2007 and began an ambitious $1 million renovation project to return the building to its former glory. Now the premier commercial building in Northern Michigan, CenterPointe offers tenants amenities such as galley kitchens on each wing, a full kitchen on the fourth floor, an auditorium that can seat up to 100 and shared conference rooms that can seat up to 20. On-site fitness center, shower facilities, pilates studio, certified massage therapists and personal trainers. Boat slips on West Grand Traverse Bay are also available for lease right outside your door. Free WiFi access is provided throughout the building.
