About Us

The CenterPointe Building was purchased by CenterPointe Unlimited LLC in May of 2007. After years of deterioration, more than $1 Million has been spent to return the building to it’s original pristine and luxurious condition. The rennovations have lead to a huge resurgence of commerical leasing within the building.

In addiiton to rennovations to the interior and exterior of the building itself, the number of boat slips has also been increased from 19 to 48 slips.
